Stephanie Clelan grew up in a military family and moved every four years while her father served in the U.S. Air Force. As a result, adapting quickly and connecting with new people has always been part of who she is. That upbringing shaped her ability to stay organized, flexible, and grounded, even in fast-paced or changing environments. After spending ten years on California’s Central Coast, Stephanie moved to South Lake Tahoe in June of 2024, drawn to the community, lifestyle, and natural beauty of the area.

Stephanie is married, and building a family together is something she and her husband truly value. Outside of work, they enjoy calm hikes with their dog during the warmer months, snowboarding in the winter, and wandering into small local businesses and cozy cafes with friends. These simple, meaningful moments reflect Stephanie’s appreciation for balance, connection, and presence.

Professionally, Stephanie brings strong medical knowledge and hands-on experience from her background as a first responder EMT. That role taught her how to stay calm, focused, and compassionate, especially when things get busy. She developed a deep respect for handling sensitive information with care and being someone others can rely on. Helping people succeed is what motivates her most, and she takes pride in supporting others with consistency and attention to detail.

At Freel Ascent Insurance & Financial Services, Stephanie supports advisors and clients by helping ensure each interaction feels organized, informed, and supported. Outside of work, she is happiest with a good book, a movie night, or cuddling with her two goofy orange cats. Wherever she is, Stephanie brings curiosity, care, and a genuine love for connection, qualities that reflect the firm’s commitment to thoughtful and client-centered service.
